Mr. Rajesh Jha

Managing Director, REPL

Mr. Rajesh Jha, a B.Tech graduate from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, brings over 15 years of rich experience in the education sector. After beginning his professional journey with reputed organizations such as Tata Teleservices Ltd and Infosys, he chose to pursue his true passion for teaching and mentoring.

 

Over the years, Mr. Jha has worked extensively in preparing students for national-level entrance exams like CAT and XAT, as well as international exams including GMAT and GRE. He has successfully trained over 25,000+ students and guided hundreds in securing admissions to leading foreign universities through his in-depth knowledge of global education systems, courses, and institutions.

 

He has also completed an Educational Consulting Certification Program from the University of California, Irvine, further strengthening his expertise in overseas education guidance. Today, Mr. Jha leads RENAISSANCE, a premier coaching and overseas education consulting institute with a strong presence in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gwalior, and Goa, continuing his mission to inspire students to dream beyond limits and achieve academic excellence.

Dr. Amrita Jha

Mrs. Amrita Jha holds a Master’s degree in International Policy and has extensive experience in education strategy, planning, and institutional development. She has worked with multiple schools at the strategic and planning level, contributing to academic structuring and long-term growth initiatives. She has also served with IRAM as a Trainee Manager for over five years, gaining valuable experience in administration, social development, and community-focused programs. In addition, she is a Trustee of the Renaissance Foundation of India, a social initiative dedicated to child education and women’s sanitation, reflecting her strong commitment to social responsibility. Mrs. Jha has completed an Educational Consulting Certification Program from the University of California, Irvine. Currently, she leads the University Relations Wing of Renaissance Educare Pvt. Ltd., managing global university partnerships and supporting students in securing admissions to reputed international institutions.

Mr. Alpen Thakkar

Mr. Chandramauli Bhatt

Mr. Chandramauli Bhatt is a Computer Science Graduate from Pune University. Following his desire to impart quality training in language development, he ventured in to education after his graduation. Fondly known as CM Sir, he has been a language guru and a personality trainer at many leading organizations. His propensity for English and his unique skills for training students for the toughest national and international entrance exams have made him win many accolades. In his career spanning almost a decade in education, he has trained more than 10,000 students. He has conducted many motivational seminars and Personality Development programs for students at all levels. CM is actively involved in the management of REPL and is also the Senior Faculty for Linguistics.
